Please be on time to your appointment. We value everyone's time. Feel free to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in an adjustment of services to keep you in the allotted time frame booked or a forced cancellation that will incur a 100% service fee. This ensures timeliness and respect for all client's time. No shows incur a 100% charge of booked services and future appointments may be cancelled.
Deposits
All appointments require a 50% deposit. NON-REFUNDABLE .
Consultations
All new clients MUST complete a consultation prior to booking an appointment to be serviced. All consultations must be paid in full with a valid credit card at the time of booking online and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations & Adjustments
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. Changes to services within 48 hrs of the scheduled date and time are subject to the original total fee in the event that the updated services results in a lesser fee.
Payments
A valid credit card is required in order to book an appointment online and total fee is subject to change based on actual service rendered. After services are rendered in the salon, payment can be collected by cash, electronic payment (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp), or by a physical swipe of any major credit card.
New Client Prep

Children & Guests
The salon has limited seating so please do not bring children unless they're being serviced and limit additional guests.
